The dance academy offers instruction
in tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop and ballroom to students
ranging in age from three to adult. Classes are taught
in two "state of the art" dance studios
housed within the ALT Mainstage facility. Over 300
students participate in the dance academy program
each semester.
The theatre academy offers instruction
in theatre and voice to over 120 students each semester
ranging in age from five to adult. ALT theatre academy
students also have the opportunity to participate
in two to three academy productions each year. The
theatre academy operates under the guidance of a full-time
Education Director and is housed in ALT's Adventure
Space.
