Q. How do I contact you?
A. You
can email any member of the ALT
staff or you may
call our offices at 806-355-9991 during
regular box office hours.
Q. What are the
box office hours?
A. The ALT box office is open Monday
- Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. During performance
runs, the box office is also open on Saturdays from
12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. On performance days, the box
office is open one hour prior to curtain time.
Q. Where is ALT located?
A. ALT's Mainstage facility is located
in the Wolflin Village area, just off of Georgia
and Interstate 40. From I-40, take
the Georgia street exit and travel south on Georgia
street to
Wolflin Ave. Turn left (east) on Wolflin and go about
1/4 mile to Civic Circle. Turn right on Civic Circle
and you will see our building on your left. From
I-27 - take the Georgia Street
exit and travel north on Georgia to Civic Circle.
Turn right at Civic Circle and travel about two blocks.
You will see our facility on your right - just north
of the Herring Bank Building.
ALT's Adventure Space is just three blocks west of
the ALT Mainstage facility. It is located one block
west of Georgia street on Civic Circle in the old
Skaggs building.

Q. How do I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets may be purchased in person
at the ALT box
office located at our Mainstage facility
or by phone at
806-355-9991. We
accept Cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard
and American
Express.
Q. Tell me more about season tickets?
A. ALT offers several different packages of season
tickets. Season tickets are available through December
of each season and can save you almost 40% over regular
box office
prices. Season ticket holders get priority reservation
privileges, discounts to Academy classes and other
ALT events and easy (and free) cancellations and
exchanges. To check out prices and get more information

Q.
What if I am unable to use my tickets?
A. ALT does not make refunds for purchased tickets,
however we do offer exchanges for another performance
for a $3.00 per ticket exchange fee. If you cannot
make an exchange work, we can offer you a tax deduction
for your donation to ALT.
Q. What time should I arrive
for a performance?
A. Our performance facility opens one hour before
curtain time, however we do not allow seating until
thirty minutes before curtain. We suggest that you
arrive about twenty to thirty minutes before curtain
time.
Q. What if I am late to a performance?
A. If you arrive after a performance has begun, we
may not be able to seat you at all until a suitable
break in the performance. It is also possible that
you will have to be seated in an alternate location
until intermission. Seating after a performance has
started is completely subject to the discretion of
management.
Q. What should I wear to an ALT show?
A. We want our patrons to have fun
and be comfortable. You will see every style of dress
from cocktail attire to very casual. It all depends
on you. Most people wear business casual.
Q. May I
bring my children to a show?
A. Except for Academy productions, children under
age four are not permitted at ALT productions. Some
ALT productions are not suitable for children of
any age. We encourage you to contact our offices
to determine if a particular production is appropriate
for your child.
Q. How can I get involved at ALT?
A. Every performer and most crew members at ALT are
volunteers from our community. Our auditions are
open to the public and are posted on our website
and in the local
newspaper. If you wish to be on our audition call
list (link to Anne with “audition call list” in
the subject), please contact our offices. To inquire
about working backstage or on a
construction, costume or painting crew, contact our
